(1) If any work related to the use of water resources is related to more than one district water resources committees, the joint meeting of all the related district water resources committees shall exercise the rights according to this regulation.
(2) The meeting of the joint district water resources committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be chaired by the chairman of the district water resources committee concerned with the structure of the water resources related project or its main part which is within the jurisdiction of the district water resources committee.
